What we do best
Would like to be updated more , not sure of her needs and unsure of who to contact to ask if she is running low on things - wish there was a more organized way to drop things off , would like to have a set day where she knows she's going to be able to talk to me - had a scheduled day and time , lasted about two months and then never spoken of again

The nurses and staff are so good to help my mother. When I'm on the phone with her someone is always dropping in to check on her. They call me about any & every concern.

This whole facility needs to be closed down and redone over. My mother came in to Northside completely continent and the staff, after she asked to be helped to the bathroom, had to wait upwards an hour, or no tech or nurse ever came. She left in depends - because of this. The room was not cleaned during her 3 week stay, and the floor was nasty.
